Bowden Oil Company concludes a successful industry exit with sale to Majors Management Company

KNOXVILLE, TN – Sylacauga, Alabama based Bowden Oil Company, Inc. has concluded a successful industry exit with the sale of the company to Georgia based Majors Management Company. The transaction includes the sale of eleven retail petroleum properties branded both Chevron and Texaco and a book of dealer supply business.
