Rogers Petroleum Makes a Strategic Acquisition in SW Florida.

Arcadia, Florida – Rogers Petroleum, Inc. of Morristown, Tennessee has successfully concluded an acquisition of the western division of BV Oil Company, Inc. of Doral, Florida. The deal included an established commercial fuels and lubricants business; two commercial bulk plant facilities located in Arcadia and Wauchula, Florida; a card lock facility in Arcadia, and related equipment.
