Classic Star Group of Fort Worth, Texas acquires Mr. Zip chain of convenience stores in East Tennessee

KNOXVILLE, TN – Classic Star Group of Fort Worth, Texas, was in the process of acquiring the Mr. Zip chain of convenience stores in East Tennessee.  PetroActive Services coordinated a complete corporate refinance in order to release ingrained equity to successfully finalize the acquisition.
